Two Days Ago, I Had A Low Grade Fever Accompanied

Two days ago, I had a low grade fever accompanied by chills, sweats, stuffy nose and cough. Yesterday, my fever went away. Today, I started sweating profusely all of a sudden. I am worried about a high fever because I am 23 weeks pregnant, but my temperature was only 97.4. Should I be worried?
