Two Days Ago I Missed A Birth Control Pill (I

Two days ago I missed a birth control pill (I am anemic so they also help with that). I had a dark brown vaginal discharge today, and I haven't had intercourse in over a month (it has always been protected). However, my fiance did orgasm on the outside of my vagina, and nothing got inside thar we could tell. I am currently on my fertile window and my ovulation is expected in a couple of days so my period isn't for a couple weeks. Is this normal ovulation discharge or is it pregnancy discharge?
