Two Days Ago I Was Massaging Some Painful Lumps On

Two days ago I was massaging some painful lumps on my lower back. I thought they were just tight muscles which tend to be an issue for me. However, when I put pressure on one of them, I could feel fluid moving out of it. Yesterday I started having a very sore throat, and today I have black stool, sinus infection, headache, and slight fever.
