Two Days Ago Came Down With Some Pretty Serious Sinus

Two days ago came down with some pretty serious sinus pain, then I developed a sore throat and a heavy chest when breathing deeply. I am having a difficult time speaking and I am coughing up very small amounts of greenish phlegm. My throat is now sore to the touch and a bit swollen more so on the right side. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you. Michael 43 male
