Two Days Ago While Bending Over I Tried To Stand

Two days ago while bending over I tried to stand up and the room started spinning. Next day same thing, nauseous headache. Woke up this morning and my lower back by tail bone it was had to walk felt like someone was standing on my hips. Numbness in both arms headache still somewhat lightheaded. Not sure what's going on ..possible pinched nerve ....I'm under a lot of stress at work and home.
