Two Months Ago I Got A Bad Yest Infection Which

Two months ago I got a bad yest infection which I transferred to my husband. Ever since we treated we have had no signs but my husband's penis has red spots on it. They don't itch or bothersome but don't seam to go away. He wants me to go get checked again for yest infection cuz that is what it looks like. They do raise when we foreplay but don't bother either one. Should we be worried?
