Two Months Ago I Had Seratonin Syndrome Due To A

Two months ago I had seratonin syndrome due to a drug reaction. The stress on my body caused me to skip my period about a week later. I figured it was because of the syndrome. But I haven't had a period since. I've done pregnancy tests. All negative yet I have period like symptoms just no blood. I'm very scared since many forums say pregnancy but I don't feel I'm pregnant ad I took a test today. Which was two months since my last period. Is there something really wrong? Please help me I'm only 16
