Two Months Ago My Right Lung Collapsed And I Had

Two months ago my right lung collapsed and I had surgery! For about a week after the surgery I was coughing up phlegm with blood! My Doctor said that was normal! It finally stopped and for a couple of weeks I couldn't even cough up anything! Now I'be started coughing up phlegm again mixed with little brown spots! Is that normal!
