Two Nights Ago I Fainted Out Of Nowhere While Cooking

Two nights ago I fainted out of nowhere while cooking dinner. I laid on the couch for a half hour and waited for the cold sweats and dizziness go away. I got back up to finish cooking and made it 20 steps and fainted again. I freaked out my family. I be been light headed before and have been able to make it to a chair or lay on the floor in time. Today I've been throwing up, migraine all day, and diarrhea. I've been taking citalopram tablets for my depression and anxiety. I've also been talking 4 Ibuprofens because I get frequent migraines. What could it be? I'm scared.
