Two Pimples Had Came On My Both Hands Near The

Two pimples had came on my both hands near the elbow 6 months before and now it became a scar and it is very vulger to see.i am ashamed of wearing t shirts as the scar is very vulger.now some more pimples have been coming on the same positions.what I should do for more I will send some photos
