Two Weeks Ago I Had A Shoulder Operation After A

Two weeks ago I had a shoulder operation after a triple fracture and dislocation. I had a metal plate and screws inserted. I have now developed a spongy lump on the wound. It isn't painful but very swollen and just slightly concerned. Please can you advise?
