Two Weeks Ago I Had A Small Polyp Removed During

Two weeks ago I had a small polyp removed during a colonoscopy. All went well until my right hip began to hurt three days later especially when I first get up in the morning. The pain is at about a level 8 and eases up as I walk around, but it takes about an hour before I can carry on with the day. Is this normal after a colonoscopy, this is my second one, and this didn't happen last time. How much longer should I expect this to last?
