Two Weeks Ago I Had An Extremely Dry Mouth And

Two weeks ago I had an extremely dry mouth and canker sores. That was followed by a cold sore. The cold sore has almost healed but now I have a rash. Started on my chest, pink blotches with red dots, somewhat itchy. A couple days after the chest rash I noticed what looks like an acne breakout behind my neck and around my upper back. Help please
