Two Weeks Ago I Had Extreme Vertigo And Went To

Two weeks ago I had extreme vertigo and went to the doctor. She said I had a cold virus that was going around. I started taking an anti-dizziness drug and Sudafed. I am still exhausted all day and have a constant ringing in my ears. Another doctor suggested Zyrtec which I took. But again I am still lifeless.
Is this allergy or what? I do not have runny nose or eyes.
