Two Weeks Ago I Was Bitten By A Scorpion On

Two weeks ago I was bitten by a scorpion on my arm. After putting a cold compress on the area and taking advil, it was no longer an issue. Except the past few days, the area where I was bitten, has gotten horribly itchy and red. Is this common so late after the bite? Should I see a doctor? I'm obviously not allergic to the enom because o have had zero problems from it until now, nearly weeks later.
