Two Weeks Ago I Was Diagnosed With Hypothyroidism And Today,

Two weeks ago I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and today, a mild case of shingles. I had the shingles vaccine 71/2 years ago at age 64. I am aware the shingles vaccine begins to lose its effectiveness after 5 yrs. Could there be any possible cause/effect relationship between the two?
