Two Weeks Ago I Went To The Dentist With Tooth

Two weeks ago I went to the dentist with tooth ache, turns out my wisdom tooth has grown sideways causing the pain. The dentist put a temporary filling on it so it will last until I have it removed. I have now developed what I think is an ulcer which actually overlaps the tooth. I ve had it a week and have tried everything you can think of to get rid of it. I am in absolute agony with it, I can t sleep and I can t eat and are just after any kind of advice to help. Thank you
