Two Weeks Ago A Rash Broke Out On My Feet

Two weeks ago a rash broke out on my feet and the palm of my hands. It burned. I bought calamine lotion and benadryl. Then it broke out all over. So I thought maybe chiggers or red bugs. But it's been two weeks and the rash will go away for a few hours than it will come back. Do yo have any idea what it is?
