Two Years Ago I Developed Water/blood Blisters Just By Anything

Two years ago I developed water/blood blisters just by anything tapping the skin on my hands ,knees.feet. My Dr. has taken 5 biopsies with unknown results. This summer the blisters are blood blisters to a wet tissue skin peeling off mt extremities by ever gentle touch ie. pushing off me bed and rubbing skin off my elbow. These wounds bleed very hard and take up to 4 weeks t0 heal. My father has arthritic psoriasis, I have been diagnosed with many points of arthjritis also. Your comments please and thank you.
