Two Years Ago I Found A Small Knot In My

Two years ago I found a small knot in my right breast. I f/u with my PCP and was scheduled a Mammogram. I was informed that I have extremely dense breast tissue. I have had other testing and have other knots formed in my right breast. I now have a lump located on the upper part of my breast. I am a nurse by profession and I find it hard to believe that no biopsy has been performed to rule out cancer. I have a breast surgeon that I was referred to and I followed a plan for 2 months that she suggested. My condition is not improving and I am worried. What should I do?
