Two Years Ago I've Been Having Ringing In My Ears

Two years ago I've been having ringing in my ears now it is getting extremely worse the sound is different now it sounds like a cat purring in my ear is really loud and when I wake up my lips be sideway sometimes. It only last for few minutes and then he straightens back up.
