Two Years Back I Was Diagonised With Type II Diabetes

Two years back I was diagonised with type II diabetes & doctor prescribed me with glycomate 1 g and zomellis 50/500 to be taken once daily but after three months my sugar level normalised and I self discontinued zomellis but continued with glycomate.. My fasting sugar levels hovers between 105 to 128 and pp about 123 to 135. Should I reconfigure zomellis please advise
