Two Years Before.. There Was Variation In My Ecg Report..

Two years before.. There was variation in my ecg report.. So i was suggested to scan my heart. But i did not scan. Now i feel prickly pain in my chest near heart, when I stretch my hand backwards.. I could feel pain.. Always feel heaviness in my chest.. I'm a wheezing patient from past fifteen years.. I'm worried. Please help me doctor.
