Typically I Have Bradycardia. Bpm Around 40. Im An Active

Typically I have bradycardia. bpm around 40. Im an active person, so this is normal for me.For approx 2 weeks i have had sharp pains and squezzing in the heart area, that is not resolving. My bpm have been erratic, but also ranging from 65-98. With my heart feeling like its beating out of my chest at random times, with no stimuli that should cause it to do so.
Is this cause for concern?
