UI Have A Bad Gunshot Wound From Years Ago To

UI have a bad gunshot wound from years ago to my calf lost half the tissue and bone but still have leg plus two bad knees and ankles to many areas for shots and don't trust nerve block and don't know how to tell Dr. I would wrather take meds . Any advice and I have tried everything over the counter I have no quality of life I would like to have it back ... any advice to tell my Dr.
