UTI Issues Since February. 5 Different Po Antibiotics But As

UTI issues since February. 5 different po antibiotics but as soon as I finish taking a round I still have symptoms either when I finish or within a few days of antibiotic completion. I have had several uti's so guessing it is chronic but this time it has been constant. I am on Augmentin now since Monday and still feel awful. Was on levofloxacin last week. Not sure what the cultures show but apparently I'm resistant to cipro and macrobid. Wonder if I need IV therapy to get rid of this. Bilateral low and mid back pain and hip pain radiating down leg. No fever but intermittent nausea and dizziness. Extremely weak and malaise. I am 62, female, 115lbs. I am a nurse as well so I know something is not right. Obviously my concerns are not being addressed with the Physicians I have been seeing.
