Uh, When I Tilt My Head Slightly, In One Ear

Uh, when I tilt my head slightly, in one ear I hear a buzzing sound, like "Voom Vooom Vooom Voom" Very consistent and rhythmic, my hearing is fine but I just don't know what that is. It couldn't be blood like what other people say, the 'vooms' are much faster, a very very fast pace, when my heart and pulse is rather quite normal.
