Uhmmm I Have This White Stuff On My Inner Thigh

Uhmmm I have this white stuff on my inner thigh and I seen couple bumps on my pubic area that when I pop it puss come out . and the white stuff on my inner thigh looks like dry skin cause its looks like its peeling sum times I call an er the lady told me to get (antu-fungal) do you think it will help in my situation or do I need sum else?
