Um Hi, My Friend Has A Blood Red Striped Shape

Um hi, my friend has a blood red striped shape mark in the back of her throat. It almost looks like broken blood vessels but there is so many of them it looks like a solid red line. She's sick with almost a cold. And she doesn't know what it is.
She was around my friend with cobble stones but we don't think that's what it is.
