Under Doctors Care I Have Been Off Zoloft For A

Under doctors care i have been off zoloft for a month now. Also off thyroid med in that time. Have been very nauseous and waves of hot flashes. Have always had good bp. But it showed 151/80 with pulse 94. I am the caregiven of my father who has dementia and have been under alot of stress. Not sure about these symtoms. If its just withdrawl still or should i be concerned.
