Under My Right Shoulder Blade Like An Inch Lower Inbetween

Under my right shoulder blade like an inch lower inbetween my ribs about at 1 by 1 circle I have a constant pain. It feels like my ribs need to be popped. Ice hurts but heat helps. If your push on it it makes the constant pain a shooting pain. It does not hurt more in doing current activities it just hurts all the time.
