Unexplained Itching, No Rash, Just Had A Blood Test, Not

Unexplained itching, no rash, just had a blood test, not diabetic. Going for over a week, never had dry skin before, been using lotion twice a day, not helping. Made worse by cold air, mad slightly better by warmth or wrapping skin (compression shorts, leggings)
