Unrealized Humming Is My Symptom. My Wife's Observation Is This

Unrealized humming is my symptom.
My wife's observation is this action seems to be more prevalent after my brain aneurysm operation in 2014. I am a 64 you old black male. Is there any connection between my incessant humming ( wife's observation) and the operation or something?
