Upon Waking And Rising From Bed, I Have Acute Pain

Upon waking and rising from bed, I have acute pain in lower right back just below my waist. I double over and cannot stand erect for several minutes until it gradually subsides. This early morning episode is followed by a dull ache. It began, noticeably, several days ago.
