Upon Waking Up Every Morning But Still Laying From Bed,

Upon waking up every morning but still laying from bed, I constantly experience tachycardia, about 100-120bpm. I know I have an anxiety because i am always aware of my HR. The rapid heart rate won't slow down as the day pass, my HR just goes between 90-100bpm althrough out the day but goes down during night ranging from 75-85bpm at night and I have good mood during night time. Should I be worry about my heart? Im 23 and I was an athlete before. I was also diagnosed with hyperthyroidism but my levels are good now because of medication.
