Uterus is bulky anterverted. Myometrial echoes are normal. No myometrial mass lesion is seen. there is mixed echoic collection in uterine cavity. No gestation sac or fetal pole is seen.
Cervix is bulky.
Both adnexae are clear.
Both ovaries are normal in size.
There is no free fluid in cul de sac.
