Urine Test Analysis : Protein-present, Pus Cells-40-45cells,rbc-2-3cells

hi doc. i just went with my mother for her urine test the report as follows: her age is 60 yrs

protien----- ---------------------------present+
sugar -----------------------------------absent
keton bodies---------------------------negetive
bile salts------------------------------negative
billirubin----------------------------- negative
urobilinogen-------------------------normal
blood--------------------------------negative

Miicroscopic examination:
Pus cells/ WBC cells ------------------40-45 cells/ HPF
RBC's-------------------------------------2-3 cells/HPF
Epithelial cells ----------------------------4-6 cells/HPF



the doctar was not there but his assistant prescribed the following drugs:

tab Superquin 600 ------- 1a day
urisoda ------------- 3 times day

n drink plenty of fluids?

what shud i do shud i proceed with that coz it was prescribed by dctors assistant and not by doctor: plz help me
