Using Duphaston 10mg Daily For 15 Days In My 7th

Using duphaston 10mg daily for 15 days in my 7th month of pregnancy is safe for the baby.i am getting little pain in abdomen since 2 days and after scanning it is confirmed that the water content around the baby was less.so doc prescribed me to use duphaston and tidilan..Is this safe for the baby.
