Usually My Period Is Very Normal Always On Time And

Usually my period is very normal always on time and have cramping even before i start it. This month it is very light 1st day was brown blood very light 2nd day was a bit heavier and became a redish color. When i urinate blood usually flows out but not this month. Could i be pregnant?
