Usually Occur In Winter-janurary -march, Chronic Cough For A 51

Usually occur in winter-janurary -march, chronic cough for a 51 year old male, seasonal post nasal drip in winter . i have tummy hernia from a chronic cough 2 years ago, and not i have been coughing since feburary 2016 and still is. no other symptoms, no allergies, no copd, no pneumonia, just a dry irritable cough.
