Uterus is anteverted and normal in size,myometrium is heterogeneous consistent with adenomyosis,2 intramural fibroid,largest measuring 19mms,endometrium well defined and homogeneous measuring 6mm..both ovary are normal and structure,14mm dominant follicle in the right ovary.no masses,cysts or free fluid seen in the pelvic. What does this mean and can this cause been conceiving?
