There is a 2 mm nonshadowing echogenic focus noted in the subendometrial region in the left uterine fundus which may represent a prominent vasculature or artifact related to a tiny subendometrial cyst, of questionable clinical significance. No fibroids. No abnormal adnexal mass noted.
