Very Bad Head Pain During The Night (133/90 Pulse 106)

Very bad head pain during the night (133/90 pulse 106) - been extremely tired all week - worked late most of the week. Back muscle pain, spasms during the night. Today felt a bit better, but still not too good. Took BP at 15 min intervals: BP 117/92 pulse 103, then BP 124/97 pulse 111, then BP 126/96 pulse 110. The diastolic reading and pulse have me worried. Could back pain cause my pulse to be so high?
