Very Concern ,I Pricked My Finger With A Sewing Needle

Very concern ,I pricked my finger with a sewing needle . I'm unsure if the sewing needle that was hidden in a shirt of mines. I'm not sure how it got in my shirt, I pricked my finger on 2 days ago and I had the shirt for 3 months . If there was someone else dried blood on the sewing needle could I still been expose to any blood Bourne disease? Yes I recently had a tetanus shot October 2016
