Very Constipated Over Past Month Or So. Feel Like Anus

Very constipated over past month or so. Feel like anus is swollen or as if I have something between my butt cheeks. Also, stools are very small hard stones with fuzzy coating. Tried Metamucil for a few days - no help. Also, gummy fiber supplement and then flax seed capsules. No luck. Laxative helps but it takes 14-18 hours to work. I am not at my email until work on Monday
