Very Dry Skin Rash In Head,arm And Growing Area Have

Very dry skin rash in head,arm and growing area have had a major strap infection in February in my growing area have used triamcinolone cream and now use nyamyc powder but the last Dr visit said it was probably psoriasis but was wondering if any of my medicine could be causing this since I never have had this problem before hydralazine for blood pressure could be a problem started taking in February
