Very Important Question! I Just Took My Daily Dose Of

Very important question! I just took my daily dose of Brintellix - 20 mgs AND mistakenly took 150mgs of Effexor - As I didn't pay attention to the bottle and thought I was taking my 400 mgs of Lamictal.
I'm out of Lamictal altogether. Please advise. This has NEVER happened as I'm religious about my BP meds.
