Very Sporadically My Skin Hurts To The Touch, Like The

Very sporadically my skin hurts to the touch, like the nerves are exposed. Being touched hurts, clothes hurt. There is no visible evidence of a skin irritation (no rash, itching, sunburn, nothing like that). My medications (mood stabilizer and birth control) have not changed in over a year.
