Very Strange Question But Here It Is...... For The Past

Very strange question but here it is...... For the past few days the left side of my scalp feels like I have a bug crawling through it. Today I noticed it happening at least 4 x an hour. My mother checked my head for lice and didn't see anything. Im not experiencing any itching or rash and haven't changed my hair products. I'm a 50 year old female with some allergy issues. I would also like to add that I do not drink, nor do I take drugs. I am currently taking 2 Zyrtec and 2 anti acid pills a day. No other medication. Allergies: Advil - anaphylaxis
