Via X-ray It Was Determined That I Have An Elevated

Via X-ray it was determined that I have an elevated right hemidiaphram. I have SOB on physical activity and discomfort beneath the mediastinum. I was in DR 3 days previous for suspected cardio problem. All tests negative. I have FSH muscular dystrophy x 30 years. Weak, tired and SOB most of the YYYY@YYYY
